Summary:

Begin with coffee on the patio looking across the Kiahuna Golf Club fairway, then choose your own South Shore day: Poipu Beach for swimming and snorkeling, a round of golf, or a long lunch near the shops. This sunny two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Pili Mai condo sleeps six and gives families a comfortable landing place with central air conditioning, a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer. Cool off in the shared outdoor pool, relax in the hot tub, or use the on-site gym before dinner. The patio is made for an easy meal outside after a beach day. With the island's sunnier south coast close by, this is a thoughtful fit for a family or friends who want Poipu's beaches without giving up room to gather.



The Space:

The full kitchen is ready for morning coffee, beach snacks, and dinner at the table for six, with a furnished patio overlooking the golf course for meals outside. A cable TV and Blu-ray player anchor the living room. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath layout sleeps six, including a queen sleeper sofa, and offers central air conditioning, a private washer and dryer, and a roomy, comfortable flow for family time.



Guest Access:

Guests at Pili Mai in Poipu enjoy access to a shared communal pool, hot tub, gym, and garage parking, plus golf course and course front views. The grounds include a disabled parking spot and garden or backyard space, with family friendly extras like board games and children's books and toys.



The Neighborhood:

Pili Mai sits beside Kiahuna Golf Club in Poipu, on Kauai's sunny South Shore. Poipu Beach Park is nearby for a family beach day, and its protected areas make this side of the island a reliable choice for swimming and snorkeling when conditions allow. The Shops at Kukuiula and Poipu Shopping Village give you restaurants, groceries, coffee, and ice cream without a long drive. Head west toward Spouting Horn or east toward Koloa Town for a change of scene. It is an easy home base for families who want beach access, golf, and South Shore convenience.



Getting Around:

Poipu sits on Kauai's sunny south shore, about 30 to 40 minutes from Lihue Airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, though the resort area itself is walkable, with beaches, shops, and dining within a short stroll of most condos. The Poipu shopping village and popular snorkeling spots are just minutes away on foot or by a quick drive. Parking is generally available on site, keeping things easy.

Visit was good, shopping malls with restaurants close. Beach was somewhat easy to get to, not far away. If you like to cook in there were a couple of markets close. Lots of cool places to visit and gorgeous scenery. The last night was a delight as when we went to the beach we saw quite a few sea turtles sunning themselves! Would stay here again.

Beautiful property with a stunning view of the golf course . Property was exceptional; very clean , well equipped with everything you need and a perfect location close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Would definitely come back !

An Incredible Stay

If you are in Poipu, this is a must stay. This condo was incredible. Very clean, luxurious, spacious, and in a great location close to the beach and many restaurants and sites. One of the best vacation properties I have ever stayed in.

We loved the location. We snorkeled at a different beach each day. We were close to many restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Awesome unit at a great location

We had a great time staying at this unit. It was new, clean and had everything we needed. It’s a short drive to the beach and right on the golf course! We didn’t get a chance to play a round but it’s awesome waking up to the view. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing location

Poli Mai 10 F is a great apartment backing the golf course. Nice 10 min walk to the beach. Yummy Thai , coffee and pizza store is walkable. We love the apartment. Fully equipped with all amenities. Will love to come back.

A Spacious Home with a Lovely Lanai (Patio)

We loved this location, the space, and the lanai (patio). We had our breakfast and coffee out on the patio each morning! Overall, the space was clean and as described. The location is great. As per other reviews, you can easily hear those staying upstairs, and the floor didn't feel super clean. Outside of this, the space met our needs.

Pleasant area with a view and a beautiful starlight sky.

Very nice and comfortable condo. Enjoyed the area and the view on golf course. Perfect for family's. Expect having a rooster around. Can be a little noisy. Other then that, it's almost like home.

Beautiful place

I stayed here with my husband and two kids. It is a peaceful complex with serene environment overlooking the golf court. The space is big and comfortable. The only downside is that the external AC units that sit outside of the condominium can get a bit loud at night, but then again I am not a sound sleeper. Everything else was great. Had a good communication with the manager for some smaller issues we faced and were fixed promptly.

Everything went well. Clean when we arrived. Although one of the smoke detectors went off our first night multiple times. I would have preferred the key for the door as a 10digit code is not something g easily remembered. And with multiple people staying and utilizing the pool and spa area and not taking our phones with this information. Had a great time. Thank you

Nice location, loud neighbors

This condo is nicely located with food and beaches in close proximity. The unit is spacious and the kitchen and finishes feel new and well kept. We also enjoyed the pool and lanai. You can see the ocean in the distance over the golf course and the complex itself is peaceful. But this is not the place for you if you are a light sleeper! You can hear each and every footstep from the neighbors upstairs. I slept with earplugs every night. Also, the roosters enjoy the lanai so there is no sleeping in in the morning.

Nice, but better options

The location is great, the unit was well equipped except no bbq tools and very clean. The noise from the unit above was so loud from people walking it woke us up every morning. The hot tub was so hot no one would use it we all sat around the tub and just soaked our legs. Several guest reported this including us and we were laughed at and was told it’s fine. The WI-FI they only give you access to the 2g network and it is so slow it made it hard to work on our computer.

Comfortable and convenient condo.

Pili Mai 10F was an excellent condominium for our stay of five weeks. The unit was quiet and comfortable. The beds were great and the layout of the condo was very livable. Nice appliances and finishes throughout. The kitchen is stocked with the minimum of what is needed to cook, so we supplemented with some things from Target. Would probably be fine for guests staying only a week or so. The only other issue we had was with chickens. They are frequent visitors to the lanai and frequently pooped on the table, chairs and lanai. There was a hose to clean things off, but still a little gross. No fault of the owners, as they clearly had been fed/encourged by previous guests. Overall, highly recommend this condo.
