Our vacation home is located on the outskirts of Kölbingen, a village with about 1,000 residents in the Westerwald. The construction combines sturdiness with sustainability. Stone walls and tiled floors welcome you on the lower level. Here you’ll find the modern bathroom with eco-friendly lime plaster and the entryway with a coat rack. An oak staircase leads to the upper floor. Here, an oak floor creates a pleasant living atmosphere. The lovingly restored kitchen, a seating area, and the sleeping area are all combined here. A door leads from here to the garden, which you’re welcome to use. 



Studio, Living/Sleeping Area, Shower/Toilet, Terrace:

On the upper floor, a bright studio awaits you with wooden windows facing all directions and offering views of the village and the surrounding greenery. The windows are equipped with blackout blinds or curtains. The floor in the living area is oak parquet. The furniture is color-coordinated. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, and glasses. The living area opens directly onto the garden. The bathroom is accessible via an oak staircase from the living area.
