Charming family Villa in Grimaud, a short way from the beach

This very beautiful terraced house is located in the guarded domain "Les Restanques" in Grimaud and can accommodate up to 8 people (sofa bed in the living room).
There are three communal swimming pools (including a children's pool), a restaurant and a small supermarket (open seasonally). The accommodation is ideal for families and only a few minutes from the beach (approx. 5 minutes by car).

In the heart of this beautiful, quiet and well-kept domain, the approx. 80 sqm villa on 2 levels offers the following amenities:

On the ground floor:
- a beautiful terrace with garden and sandpit for the little ones for exclusive use,
- a bright and comfortable living room with a pull-out sofa bed,
- Dining room with large table
- a perfectly equipped open kitchen (e.g. coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hotplates),
- a toilet including washing machine with dryer function.

Upstairs:
- an air-conditioned master bedroom with a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower,
- 1 other air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (can be converted into a double bed),
- 1 further air-conditioned bedroom with French bed (also ideal as a children's room)
- a bathroom with shower,
- separate toilet.

Our property is managed by a private concierge who will organize key collection, assist you with any problems and advise you on your stay.

The villa is located in a very quiet residential area, any parties or events are strictly forbidden. Smoking in the house and pets are not allowed.

A deposit of 500 € is due during your stay, which will of course be refunded after departure, provided that there is no damage.

The house is entirely reserved for you and you are the only ones occupying it during your stay.
