Our home sits in Richmond’s quiet, residential East End—an easy, convenient home base close to everything. Guests are just minutes from White Oak Village, RIC Airport, and the riverfront energy of Rocketts Landing. Nearby gems include Dorey Park with its trails and lake, the scenic Virginia Capital Trail, and Church Hill’s award‑winning restaurants. The area offers a calm, suburban feel with quick access to Richmond’s best food, parks, and historic neighborhoods.
Parking is simple and convenient. The home offers private off‑street parking for up to three vehicles in the front yard, with additional street parking available right out front. Guests traveling with multiple cars will have plenty of space.
Our home is situated in a suburban area and best navigated by car. Most guests drive or use rideshare, with Uber and Lyft offering quick, reliable pickups. While the neighborhood itself isn’t walkable, major roads make it easy to reach RIC Airport, White Oak Village, Rocketts Landing, and downtown.
GRTC service does not run directly through this part of the East End. The nearest bus routes are located in the Montrose/White Oak corridor, about a 5–7 minute drive away, so public transit isn’t practical from the home. Driving or rideshare remains the most convenient way to get around.

We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $150 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $250 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $150 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.
