THE SPACE
A private driveway and gated entry lead to the front door, setting a quiet, composed tone before guests step inside. The living room opens with old Hollywood character, chandeliers, museum-scale art, and designer ceiling fans establishing the home`s charm from the first moment. A 65 inch smart TV anchors the room for easy movie nights in. This is an older character home, clean and well cared for, with the kind of vintage personality that makes it feel special rather than showroom polished.

The living area flows into a dining space anchored by a chandelier, then into the kitchen, a dramatic chef`s space finished with rich black cabinetry, gold hardware, and a large island. The kitchen is a true designer`s dream, centered around a luxurious 48 inch range, and outfitted with a wok and chopsticks, air fryer, blender, and dedicated baking space and utensils for the home cook. A designer ceiling fan and an Alexa device round out the space. From the kitchen, a laundry room leads out to a private outdoor seating area.

The first bedroom sits along the main hallway, furnished with a queen bed, tufted headboard, designer ceiling fan, and an approximately 48 inch TV. The primary bedroom carries the home`s glamorous styling through to a California king bed, a size longer than a standard king and especially comfortable for taller guests, along with a designer ceiling fan, an Alexa device, a 65 inch smart TV, and a luxury spa bath complete with dual vanities, two private water closets, a jetted soaking tub, and a rain shower.

Please note the home`s only bathroom is located inside the primary bedroom. Guests staying in the second bedroom will walk through the primary to use it. With dual sinks and two private water closets, the bathroom comfortably serves the whole group, though this home is best suited for families, couples, or groups comfortable sharing space.

You will notice a locked door to the homeowner`s private office. No one stays in this room and no one accesses it during your stay.The home shares a single interior wall with a separate residence at the front of the property.

LISTING ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Parking is available in the private driveway. Please note that street parking in this neighborhood is permit restricted, and vehicles parked on the street may be ticketed. We recommend guests use the driveway for the duration of their stay.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

OPEN AIR HOMES HOUSE RULES:

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to the Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
