New Modern Construction with Balcony, Cinema Quality Surround Sound, Napoleon Gas Fireplace, Covered Parking. Black out curtains, Samsung Bespoke Washer, Dryer and Refrigerator. Built in microwave and convection oven with air fryer. Large Eternal Marquina Quartz kitchen Island, 10 Mins to Universal Studios and Universal City Walk. Quiet Area close to North Hollywood Red Line Station connecting you to Hollywood Blvd Walk of Fame and the Wax Museum. 20 Mins to DTLA and LA Live. This single family home has two floors. The upper level is where you’ll find the living area kitchen, laundry room and the master suite. The lower level is the Brown Room. There is a queen size bed, and a leather sectional with a pull out sofa bed. This room also has a large Samsung flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. The bathroom is beautifully done with a marble window sill and stand up shower.

This place was beautiful and very modern which I loved. Hugh was very punctual and communicated very well if we had questions. The only negative which I would point out but not ding them on was the parking situation was a little tight and the check out wasn’t very clear. There is a place card on the counter that gives instructions and once we were back home realized the check out instructions on email were more descriptive, so I would have been more thorough upon check out. All in all this property was beautiful and a hidden gem!

Great stay, Great Location, and Clean

Property was well kept. Clean with no dogs allowed, perfect for my child with severe dog allergies.Owner was responsive. Location was great very close to Universal Studios.Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay! Very clean which is extremely important to me. Updated and modern, yet very comfortable. Great location and we felt very safe. Our family went to Universal Studios which was very close to the house. There’s a Ralph’s close by for groceries. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful home, comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surroundings area. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could need. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay both comfortable and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family stay

This was a beautiful rental. We loved this modern and spotless home for our family of five. It was perfect for our plans to visit Universal studios. The home had practically all the conveniences of home and they were all top of the line. We would definitely consider staying here again!

It is exactly as described! Any questions I might have had, like how to work the AC, were provided in an FAQ style of web page. It was like some of the amenities of a hotel, but with the best parts of a rental.

Home away from Home

We had a wonderful 4 nite stay at this fabulous property in NoHo. Everything is as described and more.Location is convenient as we were planning sightseeing at Universal studios and Beverly Hills area. The apartment was well stocked especially the kitchen, beds are comfortable and strong water pressure in the showers. Would definitely come back for future stays.

Perfect for Universal Studios

This place is what all VRBOs should be! It was accurately described, convenient located to our destination (10-15min drive to Universal Studios). My only regret is not partaking in the coffe bar they had set up! We (3 adults & 2 kids) had plenty of room and would definitely rent again!

Convenient to Local Attractions

We stayed for two nights during our visit to Universal Studios. It was 10-15 minutes from the park and 10 minutes from the Burbank airport. The neighborhood is quiet and the house was well appointed. We appreciated all the extra touches including phone chargers, toiletries, and coffee offerings. We would definitely recommend!

Verna Mae was a great Vrbo, everything was as shown on the photos and kept very clean. It’s a beautiful home and host was quick to respond to requests/questions. House is fully wired and everything works off WiFi. Would definitely love to stay here again, thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful property that has everything

The Vernae Mae is a jewel in a conveniently located area. Its definitely the nicest property on the block. After a brief confusion, we found the entrance codes in a message and easily got settled. We found all the amenities we needed, even a jacuzzi! Thanks for being a thoughtful host!message andceasily

Gorgeous home in great location to visit theme parks

The spacious house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The unexpected extra touches were fantastic - things like Ugg bathrobes; laundry detergent; shampoo, cond & body wash; toothbrush & paste; air mattress; ground coffee & coffee pods; spices/seasonings. The proximity to the theme parks was exactly what we were looking for. It's also an easy drive to Six Flags, downtown Hollywood, or Santa Monica Pier. Highly recommend!
