The modern and exclusive accommodations of GOLDENEYE luxury Villas offer scenic panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and the town of Parga.

The spacious villas are fully air-conditioned and offer free WiFi and private parking.
Each bedroom and living room is equipped with a smart TV and underfloor heating for the cooler months.
The bedrooms each have a bathroom on suite with a rain shower and orthopedic mattresses with Ice Silk (cooling) technology.

All self-catering villas have a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
End your day on the private panorama terrace (35sqm) with lounge and electric pergola and enjoy the fantastic view of the ocean.
You can cool off in your private saltwater pool (7x3m) and private terrace (60sqm) with sun loungers and four-poster bed.

Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes' walk away. The very popular Valtos beach is only 2km away.

Top of the line villa

We only stayed a short while but it was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the view and having our own swimming pool was a bonus. We had everything we needed. Great host. We would definitely recommend or visit again.

It is perfection. View is breathtaking. Property is immaculate. Inside has beautiful kitchen and bedrooms. Remote shutters for privacy and naps/sleeping. We would have stayed here for a lot longer had our plans allowed. Anna is friendly, prompt, and professional. She helped us even when we got a nail in our tire! She was wonderful. We will be back without a doubt. It was our favorite place in Greece.

Wonderful Experience

Beautiful new villa. The view is breath-taking. The owners are wonderful and responsive and go above and beyond to aid you in all that you will need to have a wonderful stay. We loved staying in the village above Parga. The community is so nice and you can get groceries and restaurant delivery to the villa. The hike down to Valtos Beach goes past waterfalls and mills and olive groves, fig trees and many other interesting things to see. To get to the villa, you will need to drive through the village on narrow roads with twist and turns and watch out for the sharp turn drop off as you approach villa. Suggest getting an automatic car for better ease driving. Once you get used to the drive it is not problem and everyone is very cooperative when navigating through the area. We shopped daily at the local market. People so nice. Great dinner at local restaurant To Dixtu. Unbelievable quality of food and wine for price and the restaurant was filled with local people and families. Wifi was good and you can even enjoy Netflix and other apps on TV which we enjoyed after a week of sailing.
