Construction work (construction of a new apartment building) is currently underway on the neighboring property and is expected to continue through the end of 2026. Unfortunately, there will be occasional disruptions (noise, etc.) during the construction phase. However, we will do everything we can, in consultation with the developer, to keep these disturbances to a minimum.

Welcome to the “Ostseetraumsuite 12”—your cozy attic apartment for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The vacation rental offers a comfortable temporary home for up to four people and a pleasant atmosphere where you can feel right at home.

A special highlight is the sunny south-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air, start the day with breakfast outdoors, or wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.

The bright living area invites you to linger with its cozy seating area. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for two people. The open-concept kitchen is practically equipped and allows you to prepare your meals just the way you like them.

The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed ensures restful nights and offers a quiet retreat after an eventful day on the Baltic Sea coast.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, rounding out the apartment’s living comfort.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available to you during your stay. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

For a convenient arrival, a parking space is available in the underground garage.

A vacation right by the sea, close to the beach. The spacious vacation apartments in the “Aquamarin” apartment building accommodate 2–5 people and are ideal for couples and small families. Each apartment features a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and wind down the day in relaxation. An elevator provides convenient access to all floors, while the underground parking garage offers secure parking. Pets are also welcome in select apartments. Enjoy modern comforts, a short walk to the beach, and a relaxing getaway on the Baltic Sea!
