A newly renovated house in the middle of the woods with a large terrace. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place for you!
You’ll have the house all to yourselves, with access to all rooms and the garden. Parking is right outside the door. The only neighboring house is rarely occupied. The forest trails are perfect for excursions, whether on or off a bike.

The living area is approximately 100 square meters. The two large bedrooms each feature a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. One also has a bunk bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, and there is a walk-in closet for additional storage space.

The bathroom, which has a shower, also includes a washing machine.

The open-concept kitchen and living area is complemented by a dining room. The spacious terrace is also accessible from here.

The house is fully equipped with a TV, microwave, stove, fridge-freezer, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
Duvets and pillows in the standard local size are provided.

Kristianstad, with its many restaurants and streets perfect for strolling, is a 36-minute drive away.
