Vacation home in the east coast archipelago

The skerries of the East Coast,



about 30 kilometers north of Kalmar, are the destination for this holiday home which is located a bit outside the locality of Pataholm.

The charming old house, which has been renovated in 2010, is shining with tiled stoves and wood-burning stove. On the one hand it is up-to-date and comfortably equipped and furnished and on the other hand it was tried during renovation to preserve the old style and even details in order to get a good combination of the past and modern time.

You will find here three bedrooms, a hall with toilet and totally eight places to sleep. In this way also smaller groups or two families who are good friends can spend their holidays together here.

Behind the house there is a beautiful and sunny barbecue area with a view of the surrounding fields.

You will live here in a peaceful and beautiful environment in the coutry with a convenient walking distance to the sea towards one direction and to the forest towards the other direction. Within a radius of one kilometer you will have the opportunity to visit the idyllic small locality of Pataholm with its summer café and the enchanting center of that place. Or you go on a hiking tour to the spit of land named "Saltorsudde" and find out your quite "personal" place in the sun right in the middle of the skerries.

You can go fishing in the bay, rent a canoe and paddle upstream the river Alsterån. Pack your picnic basket and go exploring the surrounding forests, but don´t forget to pick the really large boletus edulis.
