The modern country house Villa is the ideal accommodation for up to 4 families with 2 children each family or a larger group of up to 12 adults.

The villa is situated in an elevated position in the mountains of Garlenda on the edge of a medieval village. In about 10 minutes you are on the beaches and promenades of Alassio and Albengha. From the 3 terraces and from the picture window in the main living room, you can see as far as the Savona lighthouse when the view is good.

The house has 5 bedrooms, one of which is designed for children and has bunk beds.

Sport and freetime:
In the garden there is a pool with approx. 10m*5m. In about 10 minutes (700m) you can reach the largest 18-hole golf course in Liguria. In the immediate vicinity is also the Hanbury Tennis Club, which has an exceptionally beautiful clubhouse, which is elevated in the middle of the tennis courts.

The villa is elevated in the mountains in the hinterland of Albenga and Alassio on the outskirts of a medieval village. The property is not visible from the outside due to the plants and from the 3 terraces you always have a fantastic view of the green mountain landscape or the sea (approx. 8 km).

The house has been equipped with sufficient seating, large tables, lounges and loungers, so that large groups can be accommodated in the pool area as well as in the dining room (4m banquet table for up to 16 people) with adjoining terrace (approx. 40 sqm).
