The modern kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee makers, etc.), and the mountain-style living room offers a TV, board games, and WiFi (very weak connection). The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, with separate toilets. Electric heating ensures comfort year-round.



Outside, you'll find spacious parking, a terrace with lake views, and a shared garden with outdoor furniture, parasol, and barbecue.
