Escape to five private acres in the heart of North Florida, just minutes from the area's famous crystal-clear springs. Springs Ranch offers a peaceful country setting with plenty of space to relax while keeping you close to High Springs and Gainesville.
Spend your days swimming, kayaking, tubing, snorkeling, or paddleboarding at Ginnie Springs, Poe Springs, Blue Springs, and the Ichetucknee River. Then come home to unwind outdoors, watch for deer, visit our friendly outdoor cats, or say hello to the neighboring donkey.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
High Springs restaurants and shops are just minutes away, with Gainesville about 35 minutes away. Whether you're planning a family getaway, a springs adventure, or simply want some quiet time in the country, Springs Ranch gives you room to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy North Florida.

I'm a retired Army Master Sergeant who spent 23 years serving my country before creating peaceful places where people can slow down and reconnect. My family and I have worked hard to transform these properties into comfortable retreats where guests can relax after a day of exploring.

I enjoy woodworking, spending time outdoors, and continually improving each property. Hosting has become something I genuinely enjoy because every guest has a story, and I'm grateful to provide a place where families, couples, and adventurers can create lasting memories.

My goal is simple: offer a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay that feels like a home away from home.

Set on five peaceful acres, the home features a spacious covered pavilion, large deck with outdoor seating, a fully equipped kitchen, soaking tub, fireplace, and thoughtfully designed spaces for families and groups. After a day at Ginnie, Poe, or Blue Springs, relax under the string lights, gather around the fire table, watch deer pass through the property, or simply enjoy the quiet countryside.

A quiet, long-term RV guest has a private space elsewhere on the property, but you'll have your own home, outdoor living areas, and plenty of room to relax in peace.
