Welcome to The Lake House – Sodus Point, your ideal bay-view escape for larger groups! This beautifully renovated property features four separate apartments, thoughtfully designed for comfort and style—perfect for bringing everyone together while still enjoying your own space.

Enjoy all 4 apartments with this booking, ideal for wedding parties, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette trips, golf getaways, and group retreats, which includes three 2-bedroom/1-bath units and one 3-bedroom/1-bath unit.

Located right on Bay Street, you’ll be in the heart of charming Sodus Point—just 1–2 blocks from local bars, restaurants, shops, and waterfront views, and only a short walk to Sodus Point Beach Park.

Start your day with coffee on the deck overlooking a lively park and playground, then wind down your evenings around the fire pit, sharing stories from the day. Whether you're here to explore or simply relax, The Lake House is the perfect home base for an unforgettable group getaway on the bay.
