Welcome to The Hawk's Rest



Tucked inside the gated Village at Grayhawk, The Hawk's Rest has been renovated top to bottom, with new flooring, paint, and appliances throughout, so you're moving into a space that feels brand new, not broken-in. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a private office containing a third bed, comfortably sleeps 6 and is built for stays of a month or more, with a private one-car garage and private entry with no shared doors next to yours.



Sleeping Arrangements



The primary suite has a king bed on a plush mattress; the guest bedroom has a queen, also plush. The private office doubles as a third sleeping space with a pull-down Murphy bed (queen) A real desk by day, a real bedroom by night, plus an extra air mattress on hand for larger groups up to 8.



The Kitchen



Double ovens, full gas range, dual ice makers, large microwave, dishwasher and fully stocked cabinets with every pot, pan, and utensil you'd actually reach for, plus a dual-zone wine fridge for keeping reds and whites at the right temperature. The dual coffee station is built for every kind of morning: Keurig, a full drip coffee pot, and a stocked supply of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and decafs.



Full Laundry Room



A brand-new LG front-load washer and dryer, with steam function, are yours for the length of your stay, genuinely useful for a 30+ day stay, not a coin-op afterthought.



Living & Entertainment



Two big-screen TVs, one in the living room, one in the primary bedroom. Plus cabinets stocked with games for slower evenings in.



Storage That Matches a Longer Stay



Both walk-in closets are outfitted with built-in cabinetry, real drawer and shelf space, not just a rod, which matters when you're settling in for weeks rather than days.



The Primary Bath



Finished out as a dual walk-in shower room with floor to ceiling herringbone tile, and a towel warmer in the primary bath, the kind of detail you don't know you want until you have it.



The Guest Bath



The second bathroom carries the same designer details through: a herringbone-tiled walk-in shower with a black rain shower head and handheld wand, black hexagon floor tile, a modern vessel sink on a marble-look counter, and black-and-white patterned floor tile that ties the space together. Every bathroom here was renovated to the same luxury standard.



Outdoor Living



The private balcony is set up around a gas firepit table with comfortable seating, looking out toward Scottsdale's McDowell Mountain range, a quiet spot, in a very quiet neighborhood for a morning coffee or an evening wind-down.



Building & Community



As a Village at Grayhawk resident you're free to use any — or all — of the community's three heated pools and spas, along with neighborhood parks, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball courts.
