Welcome to a bright and airy 1 bedroom in unicorporated Los Angeles County (Wiseburn neighborhood). We are close to the beach (Manhattan Beach is 3.1 miles away), close to SoFi Stadium (3.4 miles) , Intuit Dome (3 miles) , the upcoming WNBA LA Sparks Stadium (1.2 miles) and Kia Forum (3 miles). We are colse to public transportation, walking distance to coffee, markets, and restaurants!



This apartment is perfect for the sports lovers (we have quiet hours from 10PM - 7AM) given the proximity to major sport venues. It is a quiet neighborhood that is also perfect for business travelers and summer travelers (there is a full mattress sofa bed in the living room best suited for kids or young adults).

We love the walkability of our neighborhood something rare in Los Angeles County. We are only about 3 milesaway from the beach (Manhattan Beach), stadiums (Rams, Clippers), Kia Forum, and just over a mile away from the new LA Sparks WNBA stadium.
