Modern Studio with AC, W/D, & Private Patio

This beautiful, modern studio with AC, and washer/dryer is located in Culver City, California. The studio offers complete privacy and isolation while being in a ten-mile radius of the top locations in Los Angeles; including many beaches (3 miles), UCLA, (3 miles), Universal Studios(8 miles); and much more! Perfect affordable stay for tourists. Many amenities included to maximize comfort! We have recently upgraded landscaping and made like a resort kind of experience for our guests. Pics posted. The space offers a comfortable, adjustable queen sized bed. A perfectly sized kitchen place, washer and dryer, AC and heater, a full sized refrigerator, sofa and coffee table, a flat screen TV, immense closet space, and much much more! The parking is never ending, there are tons of spaces on the street which is free of charge. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I am available for questions by phone It is a safe and secure neighborhood, close to may parks, beaches, bike paths, LAX airport, shopping malls, UCLA, USC and lot of other attractions like Universal Studios, Beverly Hills etc Street parking is available all the times The studio is detached from the main house and it has private entrance with it's own patio and outdoor furniture including BBQ grill

It was really cute. I would go back. There was a brand new pullout sofa bed and the outdoor area was an oasis, which was a great bonus. Only recommendation would be to make renters aware that the front doors are French doors so may need a bit oomph to open. There was also an amazing little coffee shop 300 steps away.

The cottage is set back and private. The host provides a full range of kitchen supplies. Also the host was welcoming and immediately responsive when I had a problem with the lock.

Nice, hosts were responsive. Disappointed since it was advertised as having a twin sofa sleeper. The sofa did not open up and too small to sleep on. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in studio which was not great. Otherwise, the place was nice, location great.

We appreciate you staying with us and for your kind words about our responsiveness. We apologize for the disappointment with the sofa and the low supply of essentials. We have taken your feedback to heart, corrected the listing details, and improved our stocking process. Thank you for helping us improve, and we're glad the location worked well for your trip.

Room was nicely stocked with everything we could need. We had a problem with the door code not working, but our host was helpful and timely. The wall in the bathroom and the exhaust fan were in need of a good cleaning, but the rest of the room was clean. Air conditioner worked very well, which was great in 90 degree weather. The listing advertised parking, but it is actually just street parking. We never really had too much trouble finding a space. Overall, a solid property with a great coffee shop just steps away.
