In the district of Cumbre del Sol 9 km from the centre of Moraira, 11 km from the centre of Javea, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 2.3 km from the sea, 2.3 km from the beach. Private: property, terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery 400 m, bus stop "Benitachell" 3.7 km, railway station "Teulada" 8.3 km, ferry "Denia" 21.9 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 9 km pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 2.3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5.5 km, tennis 4.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), bathroom, shower/WC and gas heating. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea and the countryside. Audrius

Beautiful villa, refurbishing needed

It was someone’s cosy family villa - full of old family’s photos and stuff. However, to work for the holiday stay it needs to be refurbished from a grandma’s chalet to a clean and functional place. Not so much needed - to fix windows, make doors properly closing, buy a knew kettle and remove all small old accessories. Otherwise it is in a quiet location with amazing views and well kept garden. Pool is also great. On the other hand the service of Interhome Moraira was superb.
