The location was perfect and though the house is a little on the "spartan" side, it was exactly what we needed.

This was a great location for our sisters weekend. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. Just be sure to bring any condiments you need. Salt,pepper,etc Excellent stay!

Very clean. Spacious. Worked well for our group. We had a great time in DC. Enjoyed cooking and playing cards at the house. Plenty of room. Good storage closets. Nice clean bedding etc…The Listing states that there is a king bed. also lists a regular drip coffee pot. No king bed. No drip coffee pot. Only k-cup maker. Only 2 queens and 3 singles. No salt and pepper. No shower products. Which is okay, but we wish that the listing would have told us either way so we would have been prepared. Place is newly renovated so things are nice and new. Comfortable beds. The master bathroom pocket door needs adjusting. It is Easy to get stuck in there as the door jams and will not open easily. Could use a few more towel hangers for larger groups. This is just feedback for the owner and manager as we can tell it’s a newer listing.And hope this feedback helps.We would definitely stay again! Perfect location for us attending the Peninsula players Theater. Easy to access, good communication through email.Great place!

This was a great rental for our family! The location was excellent and the price, compared with other rentals, was fair. We enjoyed the space - especially the large tv, the table for games, and the deck for hanging out. The beds are comfortable, and the place is spotless! I did try to message the host three times and did not hear back. I messaged first to get in early; second, to say how much we enjoyed the rental; and third, I couldn't remember where to find the directions for departure. Other than not hearing back from the host, I would give this rental a high recommendation.
