4BR Grant Park • Walk to Beltline, Zoo & Eastern

I'm an Atlanta native splitting my time between Atlanta and Los Angeles, and this is my home whenever I'm back in the city. I love traveling, trying new restaurants, and playing beach volleyball, so I know how much a great home base can elevate a trip.

Whether you prefer complete privacy or would love recommendations for Atlanta's best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, or hidden gems, I'm happy to help. I want every guest to experience the city that I've loved for so many years while enjoying a stay that feels comfortable, easy, and welcoming.

To me, this is the best part of Atlanta. The home sits where Grant Park, Cabbagetown, and Reynoldstown come together, giving you the perfect balance of neighborhood charm and easy access to everything the city has to offer.

I love the walkability to amazing coffee shops and bakeries (Little Tart is the best!), restaurants, bars, and the Atlanta BeltLine, while still enjoying a quiet residential street. Downtown, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, and other major attractions are just a short drive away, and The Eastern—one of my favorite concert venues—is a short walk away. It's the kind of neighborhood where you can spend the morning on a cozy front porch with coffee, explore the city all day, and come home to a place that feels peaceful and relaxing.

This isn't just a vacation rental—it's my home. I've designed and cared for it to be a place where I look forward to staying myself.

The house is spacious enough for families, friends, or business travelers, but still has the warmth and character of a lived-in home.Start your morning with coffee on the front porch, unwind in the peaceful backyard after a day of exploring, or gather around the fire pit and grill in the evening.

For me, what makes this place special is the combination of comfort and location—you get a true neighborhood feel while being within walking distance of some of Atlanta's best food, coffee, nightlife, the BeltLine, and The Eastern. It's a place that's easy to settle into and enjoy, whether you're here for a weekend or an extended stay.
