The Exclusiv ONE & TOO, completed in early 2024, are modern villas, each featuring a private heated pool, a spacious living area of over 100 m², and a garage complex for at least three cars. The villas can be connected via a separate indoor hallway and staircase, allowing them to comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests together.



Each villa offers three bedrooms with luxury box springs and three en-suite bathrooms, a beautiful terrace with spectacular views, and fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances such as a washing machine and dishwasher. For optimal comfort, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a safe are provided. The villas are finished to the highest standards of hygiene, comfort, and luxury, making them the perfect base for an unforgettable stay.

• Smoking and pets are not allowed.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.



Electricity is included in the nightly rate. A security deposit is required.
