Ventanas al Mediterráneo Nerja by Ruralidays

Villa located 4 km from Nerja, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

Words fail to describe the beauty of the outside area of this villa. Therefore, it's better to start with the interior, which certainly doesn't lag behind! It features three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, another with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the third with two single beds. Right next to this room is a third bathroom with a shower. The first two bedrooms also have direct access to the terrace, in addition to large windows that will make you enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea as if you were touching it.

The common areas are characterized by a living-dining room and a fully equipped separate kitchen. Its design will transport you to a typically summery atmosphere as soon as you enter, thanks to the colors and the marvelous views seen from the terrace. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning.

The exterior is simply spectacular. Situated on the hillside, the exterior of this rural house comprises several terraces on different levels. You'll find an area with a barbecue and Caribbean-style outdoor furniture, as well as sun loungers where you can sunbathe and enjoy the views.

The fantastic private pool deserves special attention, as it actually consists of two pools. The first, smaller than the others, is located at the top. Although it's not a Jacuzzi, you'll feel an immense sense of relaxation when you immerse yourself in its waters. In fact, its peculiar structure allows you to enjoy views of the horizon, the Mediterranean Sea, and the white town of Nerja, all while comfortably seated in the water. The same water cascades into the second pool and then into the third, in an infinity style. Try it, and you'll fall in love!

Access to this house is available via a paved lane.

Sowohl die Übergabe des Hauses am Anreisetag als auch die Abnahme am Abreisetag verliefen völlig reibungslos. Juan war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. DIe Außenanlage ist einfach phantastisch, es gibt so viele verschiedene gemütliche Orte zum verweilen und genießen, der Ausblick ist einzigartig.

Unterkunft ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in allem war es dennoch wunderschön. Der Pool ist das bestes was es gibt so eine schöne Aussicht einfach atemberaubend :-)

Perfect Holiday

The house is beautiful and the views are amazing! Juan was very helpful and I highly recommend his restaurant. The food was excellent!

A fabulous villa

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. There are 3 bedrooms- 2 masters with nice big beds on each side of the living area with their own bathrooms and a small room with 2 twins. The kitchen has everything you’d need- to include a clothes washer. The living area has a comfortable sofa and a big chair. It’s in the same area as the dining room table. The outside area is spectacular. There is a gigantic multi level deck area and a pool. The views of the sea are so beautiful The car is kept in a shared garage that is easy to access. We’d stay here again any time.

Lovely Views but Difficult Stay - CONSTRUCTION DAILY

We've enjoyed VRBO properties for decades - all were 5*. This is my first lower rating. Terrific views and nice pools. Issues: * Ruralidays' arrival sheet stated CALL host Juan Jose (JJ). Called twice-no answer. It turns out you must ASK for him at a restaurant in Nerja. Our confusion made him mildly annoyed. Meeting host should be done closer to property. It was all rather contrived. * Confirmation papers clearly stated check-out at 12 NOON. On check-out morning cleaning crew/JJ were at door at 10am. We rushed through breakfast, crammed in last bits of packing & raced out the door! * I confronted JJ. He claimed to not know VRBO - pulled up Sp website showing the property with alternate time. He wasn't interested in conf docs. I emphasized ALL needed to be IN WRITING. Word-of-mouth won't cut it. * If you want peace and quiet don't stay here. Above property is MASSIVE CONSTRUCTION-multiple cranes, trucks, men shouting. Soon it will have high-rises with serious traffic. We also heard daily jetskis zooming below us, and bus/truck traffic. * Other concerns: rusting tiles, decaying wood, murky fish 'pond', small kitchen space, rickety outdoor furniture, tired indoor sofa, minor electrical issues, piles of gnats, terrace items not secured in wind, NOT PRIVATE (lots of people above and to the sides), limited laundry clips. The bedrooms were comfortable and quite nice baths - easy parking. But for the $$ this property did not meet our expectations.

A Gem on the Mediterranean

The villa lived up to the photos! Juan was a terrific, proud property owner and host, with excellent communication. Everything was clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. The view was absolutely to die for, and the outdoor living spaces were plentiful and beautiful! Nerja is just a few minutes away, with grocery stores and restaurants. Beach is across the main road. Easy day trips to Granada & Malaga. I'd come here again for sure.

Torrox short term rental with incredible views

We highly recommend this unit. Juan, the owner/manager is a great guy with plenty of advice to share. Whether a local restaurant or a hospital, which unfortunately we had to visit (elderly parent…all OK). Sunrise on the Mediterranean from the terrace is stunning. Check-in may be a bit convoluted, but worth the small effort. The unit and location are unparalleled.

Juan ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sehr gut um seine Kunden und sein Eigentum. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Auf der Straße neben dem Haus kann man auch mit einem großen Miet-SUV sehr gut parken. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel, wo der Wind ziemlich stark ist und die Temperatur sich je nach Windrichtung anders anfühlt als auf Meereshöhe, aber was für eine Aussicht! Dank der Autobahn A7 nur 1 Autostunde von der Alhambra entfernt. Nerja 5 Autominuten entfernt ist eine schöne Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und vielen Parkplätzen (im April). Lidl und Carrefour Supermärkte (vollständiger) ebenfalls 5 Minuten entfernt.

Endroit incroyable avec piscine privée et situé tout près de la mer. Tout près de la ville de Nerja en voiture pour les restaurants et marchés. Un excellent endroit pour passer des vacances inoubliables en famille.

Grosszügiges Appartment mit unglaublichem Ausblick

Das grosszügige Appartment mit privatem Pool ist wunderschön am Hügel vor Nerja aber dennoch zentral gelegen (mit Auto). Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und über die verschiedenen Terassen viel besser als auf den Bildern. Die Schlafzimmer sind grosszügig mit sehr bequemen guten Betten ausgestattet und da jedes der 3 Zimmer ein privates Bad mit Dusche hat, auch für 2 Familien geeignet! Das Wohnzimmer haben wir praktisch gar nicht genutzt da wir die Terassen und den Ausblick genossen. Es ist aber gemütlich mit einer bequemen Sofa und Fernseher eingerichtet. Die Küche ist praktisch und vollständig ausgerüstet mit Geschirrspühler, Kaffeemaschine und grossem Kühlschrank, aber schon ein bisschen abgewohnt. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend! Alles in Allem: besser geht‘s kaum!!

Fantastic location

One of the best holidays we ever had, highly recommend. Nerja is 10 mins taxi ride for night out, Granada an hours drive, but most of time you just want to stay around the house - you have pools, views, all you need. The worst thing was having to leave!

Zwei tolle Wanderungen unternommen. Die Unterkunft ist….. ein Traum. Fantastischer Blick auf das Meer und Berge. Ausreichend Platz für 6 Erwachsene und ein Kind.

Absolutely Gorgeous & Great Location

The views at this property are unbelievable, and we had everything we needed (and more). It was a short car ride to the Balcon de Europa, and we spent much of our time dining on amazing tapas, listening to beautiful music, and shopping. The rest of our time was spent outdoors at this home taking in the breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains, eating meals outside, and splashing in the pool. The inside of the home is also wonderful, but you will understand when you see it, you will never want to leave. And did I mention the Koi pond near the pool? Yes. My kids named the fish (Picasso, Poquito, and Lily). ❤️

Ook in de winter (kerstvakantie) is dit een heerlijk plekje. Het was mooi weer ( ongeveer 17 graden en veel zon ) en vooral buiten is het heerlijk vertoeven. Het huis was proper en er was alles wat we nodig hadden. Het is een wat ouder huis maar wij genoten vooral van de terrassen , de mooie plekjes om te genieten van het uitzicht.

Owner really helpful on arrival even giving us a lift into Nerja to pick up a rental car. Location of the villa is spectacular with amazing views. Peaceful and quite. Outside pool and BBQ are very spacious. Utilities inside are more than adequate although the place is in need of a little maintenance (aircon not great in 2 of the 3 bedrooms). Overall, a great stay.
