A 12.5mx5m swimming pool is an indulgent way to enjoy the outdoors as are the multiple covered living zones that are ideal for entertaining air simply enjoying the surrounds.

Wake to the tunes of the kookaburra family that live on the property. Take coffee on the deck and spend afternoons by the pool with nothing but birdsong for company.

Eumundi Markets are just five minutes away. Noosa's beaches and restaurants are a scenic 20-minute drive.

An indulgent welcome platter will be waiting for you on arrival allowing you to drop the luggage, kick off the shoes and graze away while you plan what to do next. A concierge style food service can also be requested to stock the fridge with all of your favourites, removing the need to go anywhere at all so you can immerse yourself completely in your temporary home away from home.

What I love most about this area is the balance it offers. You can spend the morning wandering the famous Eumundi Markets, enjoying exceptional local cafés and artisan producers, or exploring nearby walking trails and national parks. By afternoon, you’re swimming or dining by the ocean in Noosa before returning to the peace and quiet of the hinterland. It truly offers the best of both worlds - relaxed country living with world-class beaches, food and experiences all within easy reach. It’s a privilege to share this special part of the Sunshine Coast with my guests.
