Escape to a spacious lakefront retreat featuring a beautifully restored 1853 historic home. Perfect for families and groups, the property offers a hot tub, private dock, kayaks, a fire pit, and plenty of space to relax and reconnect.

The main house comfortably accommodates smaller groups, while the separate guest cottage is included for reservations of 11–16 guests, allowing the property to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Ideal for family reunions, group getaways, and special occasions.

This was my second time staying at Kingsgate and I was not disappointed! The hot tub and fire pit have both been upgraded since my last stay which was fabulous! Such a quaint home and little town. The views will make you not want to leave!

Hidden Gem

This is lovely hidden gem in the historic little town of Delta! The house that was built in the 1800s has everything you need for weekend getaway or longer. We enjoyed the sunrise over the lake and having coffee on the porch in the mornings! Definitely would not hesitate to come back!
