You’re sure to spend many hours on the spacious terrace with its garden and beautiful, unobstructed view of the mountains. The terrace is accessible from the living and dining area. In the attractively furnished kitchen, you can start your day comfortably with a cup of coffee or tea at the breakfast bar. The living area and the adjacent bathroom are equipped with heated floors. The first floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower. A sofa bed with a real mattress in the living area provides additional sleeping space.


A linen package is provided free of charge for your stay and includes bed linens, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat, and one shower towel and one regular towel per person.


No traffic noise disturbs the peace here, as the vacation complex’s parking lot is approximately 50 meters from the house. A parking space is available for your use here. We would like to emphasize the property’s unique location: a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach at Lake Chiemsee, and close to the hospital. In a separate building within the vacation complex, you can use the washer and dryer for a coin-operated fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
