Welcome to our modern and spacious vacation apartment “Inselfreiheit 2” at Birkenweg 1c. With 78 m² of living space spread across two levels (upper floor and attic), you’ll find a tastefully furnished home that combines comfort, functionality, and a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. The apartment offers plenty of space for up to 5 people and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

Living & Sleeping – Relaxation on Two Levels
The well-thought-out floor plan provides privacy while maintaining an open, airy feel. In total, there are three cozy sleeping areas available:
On the lower level, there is a comfortable bedroom with a spacious double bed (180 × 200 cm) and high-quality mattresses for restful nights.
In the attic, you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) as well as a separate single bedroom with a bed (90 × 200 cm)—ideal for children or solo travelers.

Entertainment & Technology
Three modern flat-screen TVs provide entertainment—both in the living area and in the two bedrooms. This is complemented by a hi-fi system with an iPod and iPhone docking station, so you don’t have to go without your favorite music even while on vacation.

Cooking & Dining – Fully Equipped Kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want. In addition to a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and an oven, you’ll also find a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and an egg cooker and electric kettle. Here, you can relax while preparing your favorite dishes and enjoy meals together.

Modern Bathroom with Comfort
The stylish shower room impresses with its modern amenities and thoughtful details such as underfloor heating and a towel warmer. A hair dryer and a washing machine are available free of charge, providing additional comfort during your stay.

Balcony & Outdoor Area – Time to Take a Deep Breath
A special highlight is the spacious balcony. Equipped with comfortable patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill, it invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air—whether it’s breakfast in the morning sun or a cozy evening barbecue.

Pet-Friendly – Vacation with Your Four-Legged Friend
Your dogs are also very welcome here, so you can enjoy your vacation together. Unfortunately, other pets, such as cats, birds, or rabbits, are not permitted.

Convenient extras for a worry-free stay
To ensure you have everything you need, we provide numerous practical amenities: an ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner are available, as well as plenty of dishes and cutlery.
A private, marked parking space right next to the house ensures a hassle-free arrival. A bike shed is available for your use from the beginning of the Easter break through the end of the fall break. The bike shed is shared by this apartment and the ground-floor apartment.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during peak season: During peak season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.
