A small convenience store, as well as a bakery, cafés, bars, and restaurants, are also within easy walking distance.<br>The apartment offers a magnificent view of both the marina and the Baltic Sea. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm), including a bed tunnel. <br>For younger guests, a travel crib with a mattress and changing table, a high chair, and a child-sized toilet seat with a step stool are provided.<br>The bright and fully equipped kitchen invites you to get creative in the kitchen and enjoy your meals. <br>The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, functional appliances, including a stove (4 burners, 2 ceramic and 2 induction), an oven, a spacious refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a Philips Senseo pod coffee maker, and a NUK baby food warmer.<br>There is plenty of dishware and silverware available (please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, and dish soap; 2 dishwasher tabs are provided.)<br><br>　<br><br>The living room is cozy and modernly furnished with a sofa, reading chair, coffee table, and a dining area by the floor-to-ceiling windows. It features an UHD QLED flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray disc player, as well as a BOSE Wave system with radio, CD player, and Bluetooth functionality.
