This is a great place. I will stay here again if available. The house is not only right on the beach, just a short step over the sand dune, but it is also right near the drive-in entrance to the beach I thought at first that would be in nuisance, but the house still sits back on its own little private road, so people aren’t coming in and turning around or anything like that. The house was clean and stoct with what we needed. The views were amazing and the cargo elevator was a very welcome extra. It is also close to the main store on the Peninsula and close to most of the local restaurants. Did I say it’s right on the beach!

Hard to beat the view and the location. Walk out of the back yard and you are on the sand.

Will sleep 6 adults and 2 kids comfortably. I have stayed at this property a few times and will book again for next yr. My only suggestion is a pull out bed couch for the living room for 2 more people to sleep and give a comfortable place to sit in the living room. We took a queen blow up bed for living room.

I’ve rented the same house a couple of times! Everything is always wonderful! Great location, AC cools down fast, beds super comfy & I can always get in touch with the host if needed!

Fun Spot for Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at this place! Loved the fact that it sits on a large beautifully maintained lot with no neighbors on either side. Our balcony views were spectacular for sunrises and sunsets along with excellent views for watching the action on the beach. Excellent location to the Big Store and local eateries. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and dogs. The house was accommodating for all our needs. Can’t wait to rebook for next summer. What an awesome week full of fun memories!!

Great location right on the beach for 3 couples over NYE. Comfy beds. Cargo lift very much appreciated for this over 70 crowd. We added a few Dollar General items to the kitchen, and the cabinet doors would benefit from hinge repair, but overall we had a great time.

This was a great location house was great shape better than the pictures show.
