We had a nice relaxing weekend in this cozy little cottage. The new A/C system worked well which we needed since the weather was extremely hot. We did get to sit in the shade of the trees in the backyard at times and enjoy the water view and the boats passing by. The house was extremely clean and linens were provided. Matt, our host, was friendly and very responsive when we texted with some questions and minor issues. This was our first time in Chesapeake City and we will be back!

This Chesapeake City home is our passion project. From the very first time we arrived in Chesapeake City we were charmed by its safe, small town vibe. Its gorgeous, ecclectric architecture, INCREDIBLY friendly people, rich waterfront views, and its vibrant night life.

This town oozes charm and history. You need to experience it for yourself!

Chesapeake city is full of gorgeous properties, no doubt. Ours is no different in that regard.

But what separates us from others is our personal touch. We possess the skills and the motivation to do all renovations ourselves. As a couple of engineers who love getting their hands dirty, every single aspect of this home's renovation process has been done with the love and attention that only property owners will give.

Addition, what separates us is our commitment to evolving the property over time. When you book with us, you are investing in this properties future. We have SO many plans for next season and are eager to continue the journey. We have a number of renovations in the pipeline that will directly enhance the customer experience, including a luxurious paverstone patio, and a custom ourdoor bar area. And we're not stopping there! When you book with us, your profits go towards the continued preservation of this historic home built in 1900!
