We enjoyed our stay in 1606. The condo was very clean. It’s right outside the elevator, which was perfect. Sitting out on the balcony every night at sunset was beautiful. We were fortunate. We didn’t need anything, but if Helen was needed, she was only a phone call away. Would definitely enjoy this condo again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful and immaculately clean. The decor was so nice and every amenity was at our fingertips. Every detail was communicated and check in and out was seamless. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the 16th floor large balcony in the mornings before beach and pool fun. Definitely recommend and definitely will be returning next year!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen is probably one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever had in a rental. Access to the beach is amazing , parking was easy and chair service on the beach was great. Highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful! We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and comfy outdoor furniture! The kitchen was like being at home. They had everything you needed and more! Plenty of bath towels and beach towels! The elevators were very hot, but we didn't have to wait for a very long time for them. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were so comfortable. Only thing negative was the master bed could be more comfortable. But overall, it was the best condo we have ever booked!

The property is exactly as described and the attention to detail for cleanliness is by far one the best I’ve seen! The balcony is unlike anything else you will find on PCB and the emerald coast never disappoints with its beauty.
