In the hamlet les champs levriers 500 m from the centre of de saint Coulomb, in the residential district, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: well-kept garden (fenced), parking on the premises. Shop 500 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 800 m, bus stop "Saint Coulomb centre" 600 m, railway station "Gare TGV St Malo" 9 km, sandy beach "Anse Duguesclin" 2 km, thermal baths "Thermes marins de St Malo" 9 km. Surf school 9 km. Nearby attractions: grand aquarium de St Malo 11 km, Dinard 18 km, Dinan 34 km, Saint Malo Intra Muros 11 km, Le Mont Saint Michel 48 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cancale. The owner lives on the same property. Property ref. fr2715.201.1 is situated on the same property.
3-room terraced house 70 m2. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Large kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
