A 5-minute walk from the village of St Coulomb, ideally located between St Malo and Cancale, you will also be a 20-minute walk from the sublime cove of Guesclin and the customs path. Bright and friendly house surrounded by a large garden out of sight.

Large living room of 50m² with fully equipped open kitchen, opening onto a large south-facing terrace which will host your summer meals (garden table, deckchairs, cantilever parasol).
Upstairs, a master suite (160*200 bed, cupboard, shower room), and 3 other bedrooms (one with 160*200 bed and cupboard, one with 3 90*200 single beds including 2 bunk beds, one with 3 90*200 single beds including 1 trundle and shelves), a bathroom and a toilet.
WC on the first floor, scullery and garage.

For your comfort, we provide:
Board and beach games, ping-pong table, books and comics, tourist documentation and hiking guides.
5 bicycles (4 adults, 1 child).
Wifi (fiber).
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
Wooden travel cot and high chair.
The house is now equipped with a TV for your family movie nights, and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Sheets and towels not included, optional rental (double bed €16.50, single bed €14.50, towel kit €5.50). Duvets, mattress pads and pillows provided, new bedding (2022).

Bien située, cette demeure moderne qui offre tout le confort souhaité, nous a permis de passer de très agréable vacances dans cette région bretonne que nous aimons beaucoup. Les propriétaires répondent vite à nos questions et avec clarté.

schönes großzügiges Haus mit großem Garten und Terrasse, Die Hängematte und Tischtennisplatte haben wir sehr genossen In Wohung und Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alle Schlafzimmer können gut verdunkelt werden.Ruhighe Wohngegen in guter Lage zwischen St. Malo (30min per Rad), Cancale (15 min per Rad) und zwei schönen Stränden (5min).Sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

La maison de Marie est très lumineuse et confortable. A proximité de la belle plage du Guesclin, le logement est idéal pour visiter la région : Saint Malo, Cancale, le mont Saint-Michel... Les échanges avec Marie sont très faciles. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass wir in dem Ferienhaus, im wunderschönen Département Ille-et-Vilaine (und in der Bretagne sowieso!) eine sehr schöne Zeit hatten, wo wir uns gut erholen konnten, aber auch sehr viel schöne Dinge unternehmen konnten!( Die Austern von Cancale vermissen wir jetzt schon sehr!!)En résumé, on peut dire que nous avons passé un très bon moment dans la maison de vacances, dans la belle Ille-et-Vilaine et en Bretagne quand même, où nous avons pu bien nous détendre, mais aussi faire plein de belles choses ! (Les délicieuses huîtres de Cancale nous manquent déjà beaucoup !!)

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, jardin et terrasse bien appréciés. Tout pour passer un agréable séjour.Les contacts avec la propriétaire, très réactive et arrangeante, sont un plus.Le bourg et ses commerces accessibles à pied, la mer pas loin, loin de la foule, c'est parfait.

pour nous retrouver entre anciens (80 et ++++) mais hélas pourquoi pas de télé, ni radio en cette semaine exceptionnelle après les élections n'avons pu rien suivre, vu nos âges nous ne sommes pas équipés d'ordi, de tablettes.....également pas de cafetière, table de jardin non sortie !!! pas grave temps moyen mais le principal nous étions surtout contents de nous retrouver pour partager ce séjour mais.....

Chère Denise, ce fut un plaisir de vous accueillir. Je vous inviterai à bien prendre connaissance des annonces à l’avenir, puisque l’absence de télé était signalé. En revanche nous avons une cafetière bodum à poussoir ainsi qu’une machine Nespresso. Nous serions venus sortir la table de jardin avec plaisir si vous nous l’aviez demandé ! Mais nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez passé une bonne semaine entre amis. Au plaisir !

Maison très bien située. La maison est très bien équipée et spacieuse. La communication avec la propriétaire est très facile et elle est disponible et répond à toutes les questions. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je recommande cette maison.

Superbe sejour

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison douillette ! Les hôtes étaient charmants et la communication aisée. Le quartier est extrêmement calme et la maison est adaptée pour le beau et le mauvais temps.

Une maison très agréable proche de sites remarquables

Maison idéalement située entre St Malo et Cancale, proche des plages bretonne qui ont échappé à l'urbanisation massive. Le circuit des malouinieres est à faire absolument à pied ou à vélo. Le musée Jacques Cartier est egalement à visiter. L'ile Besnard et l'anse duguesclin méritent le detour.
