It is spacious, comfortable, and can accommodate up to 6 people. The private garden is located directly below the Schlern, in front of a small stream behind a spruce forest. Across the street is a bus stop with a connection to the Seiser Alm Railway.<br>The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a sauna room, a hallway, and a kitchen-living room with a terrace and garden. It stays cool even in the summer. The two parking spaces are covered.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and dish towels. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a washing machine, and a sink. A hair dryer and towels are provided.<br>The sauna room features an infrared cabin.
