A large traditional wooden house from the 19th century with open fireplaces, ceramic ovens a very large farmhouse kitchen and dining area with lovely views in the glassblowing district of Småland. The house has 3 bedrooms, two living rooms and one large bathroom/shower room. All the bedrooms are on the second floor. On the bottom floor there is a WC, a large washing and cleaning room, a large kitchen and dining room as well as the two living rooms.



The surroundings are very quiet, situated in large private grounds with nice woodland walk areas outside the door. The property is 75 yards from a road secluded behind high hedges on the front of the property with oak, birch and pine woodlands behind it.



The nearest village is a 3 kilometer walk through the woods, or a five minute drive by car. The village has a sport fishing lake as well as a lake for swimming and bathing. The village also has one of the many glassblowing factories in this very special part of Sweden. (Skrufs glasbruk).



The gardens contain 11 apple trees, numerous cherry trees and a pear tree. There are also goose berry, red and black currant bushes. All the fruits and berries can be picked and eaten for daily needs. There is also a tree house where the kids can enjoy hiding and a lovely greenhouse, nice for an after dinner coffee or an early morning visit.



Three bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom contains a double bed and the two remaining bedrooms contain two single beds in each of the rooms. The beds are 90cm wide and 200 cm long. The double bed is 185cm wide and 200cm long. There are two extra mattresses, if needed, that can be placed in the large wardrobe and luggage room adjoining the main bedroom and opposite the bathroom.
