Heinrichstraße will be under construction from early October 2026 through May 2027 (estimated). This may cause noise disturbances, and direct vehicle access to the house is not expected to be possible.

Thanks to its quiet and central location, restaurants, shopping, and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The elevator in the building only goes up to the 2nd floor; a staircase leads to the apartment on the 3rd floor.
The well-equipped, modern kitchen features a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an induction cooktop. A kettle, two coffee makers (filter and Nespresso capsules), and a toaster are also provided.
