Luxurious home in Labin

Villa Si is located in the medieval town of Labin, located in Istria, on a hill above Rabac. The rich cultural heritage of the city of Labin is brought to life by various art studios, and the gathering of young people in cafes located throughout the city. The villa was built in 2023 in a contemporary and modern style of construction. Guests have 170 m2 of living space at their disposal, while the total area of the property is 400 m2. The villa is only 5 km away from the sea, so at the same time you will be close to the clean and clear Adriatic Sea, and on the other hand, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is fully air-conditioned, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, while the optimal number is 4.



You can use the modern equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals for the whole family or a group of best friends. There is also a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats, and a living room with a comfortable couch, coffee table, armchair and TV.



Guests will be accommodated in two bedrooms with double beds (180x200), and two additional people can sleep on the sofa bed. One bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and the villa has another bathroom with a shower.



On the outdoor terrace, you will be able to comfortably refresh yourself in the 26 m2, 1.6 m deep pool, while you can sunbathe on 6 deck chairs next to it. An additional function of the pool are 3 massage jets. On the terrace there is also an outdoor seating area for drinking morning coffee, an outdoor dining table, and an outdoor charcoal grill.



Additional content of Villa Si consists of a washing machine and an iron, and children can use a feeder and a cot.



Fans of an active holiday will be delighted by the fitness room located in the neighbouring house, 30 metres from the villa.



The courtyard of the villa offers 2 private parking spaces.



Attractions and local activities at your fingertips are wine tours or olive oil tours, water sports, cycling, diving, golf or visiting cities and historical monuments. Istria is full of hidden gems, and Labin is certainly one of them. You will have the opportunity to try the gastronomic offer that will knock you off your feet with good prosciutto, cheese and truffles. In addition, do not miss to try a drop of olive oil and Istrian award-winning wines such as Teran or Merlot. Labin has a charming city centre that is surrounded by fortifications with numerous preserved palaces and cultural monuments and combines the past and the present in an unusual way.
