Beautiful home in Vir

Villa Leona Vir is located on the eponymous island of Vir, which is visited every year by a large number of local and foreign tourists who are looking for a peaceful and luxurious holiday. Vir is surrounded by the Vir Sea and the Povljan Channel, as well as numerous smaller bays. It is 26 km from Zadar, while the nearest town Nin is 15 km away. Since 1976, it has been connected to the mainland by a harbour bridge, thus becoming an integral part of the mainland. If you are also eager to rest your body and soul in the company of family or friends and indulge in the charms of the island of Vir, then you are in the right place! The villa is only 30 metres away from the nearest sea, which is an excellent opportunity to swim and dive in the clear and clean sea, which is only a few steps away.



The villa was built in 2022 in a modern style of construction and provides its guests with 260 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 400 m2. Also, Villa Leona Vir is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for up to 8 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be joined into a double bed. The villa also has 3 bathrooms with showers, two of which are ensuite bathrooms.



The living room contains 2 sofas, a table, TV, and a fireplace, and right next to the living room there is a dining room with a table for 8 people and a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for family and friends.



Also, on the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located, you will enjoy the sea view and have your morning coffee on 2 terraces or a lounge area with sitting furniture.



On the outdoor terrace you will be pleasantly refreshed in the pool of 28 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, whose additional function is hydromassage, and also contains a children's section. There are 8 sun loungers by the pool. You will not only have to prepare meals inside the villa, in the kitchen, but you can also use the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, and thus try your culinary skills of preparing traditional Dalmatian dishes.



Additional facilities that will be of great use to you during your stay are a washing machine, dryer, and iron, and if necessary, you can use a baby cot and feeder, and the villa also has a separate toilet.



The yard of Villa Leona Vir is fenced, offers 2 private parking spaces, and you can use 2 more parking spaces outside the yard. In the yard, next to the pool, there is a children's outdoor playroom consisting of slides and swings, where the youngest will be able to have fun. You can also use a bicycle.



The whole island of Vir is one big beach, and numerous Vir bays hide the still undiscovered charms of untouched nature. The beaches are mostly located next to a pine forest, surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Children will enjoy the Aquapark located on the beach Jadro, which is famous for the sea descent mini slide or jumping into the sea from the highest point.



* By prior arrangement and additional charge it is possible to organise a boat, pedal boats, and a solid berth for a boat up to 6 metres, located 100 metres from the villa. A massage for a minimum of 2 people can also be arranged at an additional cost.
