Awesome home in Zminj with sauna

This small and comfortable villa offers accommodation for 5 people. It is located near the town Zminj, in Sandari. This small Istrian town has only a few inhabitants, and therefore you will be able to enjoy the untouched nature and peace in the famous Istrian way. Villa Natural is only 15 minutes away from Rovinj by car. There is also the Lim bay, 30 min away and Brijuni National Park 40 min away.



The villa has been completely renovated and furnished in 2014. The Villa is equipped with attractive and rustic furniture and there is plenty of space for outdoor activities. Villa Natural consists of ground floor, where the living area is with a kitchen and a small toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed that is fully equipped. The first floor is arranged in such a way to give guests a sense of how people once lived in Istria. There is a bathroom on the second floor, which is also fully furnished and equipped. In the second part of the villa Natural is another bedroom with a double bed and private bath. In the second part of the villa guests also have access to a sauna.



The villa is situated on a plot of 1000 m2, and it adorns the stone wall that has a history longer than 100 years. Near the villa is located the outdoor swimming pool of 28 m2, with all its accompanying garden furniture.



The villa's main purpose is to ensure your maximum comfort and relaxation. Therefore, we can provide our guests with massage treatments.
