Villa 2M is an ideal place for all those who want peace, quiet and direct contact with untouched nature, and at the same time a few minutes later to enjoy all the urban elements of the holiday. Located at 350 metres above sea level, on the edge of the Botanical Garden Kotišna within the Biokovo Nature Park and on a property of 1800 square metres, stone Villa 2M is fused with the Biokovo landscape and enchanting views of the Dalmatian islands. It is a place where you can enjoy the beautiful views and intoxicating Mediterranean scents.



The ambient Biokovo architecture of the villa combines modern and traditional, and the interior is equipped with a modern industrial design. Villa 2M can accommodate a maximum of 6 + 2 people, in three bright and comfortable double rooms, designed with character and charm. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which has its own bathroom, a designed wine bar with a small fully equipped kitchen and an additional bathroom. On the first floor there is a remaining double room, additional bathroom, main fully equipped kitchen and dining room, as well as a comfortable elegant living room with a richly equipped library of Croatian writers in English and German.



The villa offers four terraces with enchanting views, ideal for morning coffee or to enjoy meals prepared on the grill in the additional outdoor kitchen. The ground floor offers direct access to the garden and infinity pool, where you can enjoy nature and beautiful views of the sea and central Dalmatian islands while swimming in the pool. The overflow pool is pushed forward so that the water connects with the view of the sea in the distance.



For those who like to be active during their holidays, the villa offers a private bowling alley, a traditional and most popular leisure activity for the locals. The villa has four parking spaces and is equipped with Wi-Fi. On request, at an additional cost, the villa also offers the services of a chef, additional cleaning, food supply, transportation.



Mediterranean scents of a large garden filled with indigenous plants fit perfectly into the environment, because the property borders the Botanical Garden Kotišina within the Biokovo Nature Park. Villa 2M, a true synonym for a relaxing holiday, invites you to discover its charms and enjoy its own dimension of pleasant isolation in nature with a beautiful sea view with wonderful views.
