ヴィラは、ゴルニャポドゴラと呼ばれる完全に静かでリラックスした小さな村にあり、小石のビーチ、長い遊歩道、レストラン、ウォーターアクティビティを提供する海辺の村ポドゴラの賑やかな観光センターまで車で5分です。 最寄りの小石のビーチはポドゴラにあり、ホテルから車で5分です。

ヴィラは2016/2017年冬に完全に改装されました。

マカルスカリビエラとビオコボ周辺の素晴らしいパノラマビューを楽しめる山と展望台があり、海からすぐに伸びるビオコボ国立公園まで車でわずか2分です。

ビココボ山のfootにある絵のように美しい村々を含む、15,000人以上の住民が住むマカルスカまで車で15分です。 マカルスカからブラチ島のスマルティンまでを結ぶフェリーがあります。

オミの近くのセティーナ川での急流ラフティングや他の水ベースのアクティビティなど、この地域にはたくさんのアクティビティがあります。

The Villa is exceptionally nice and relaxing. Well thought through generous layout. Fantastic view. It is very private. It is located in a very quite area and in the same time very near by to the next towns. Owners were very friendly and welcoming.

Our stay at the villa was a blissfully peaceful retreat. We awoke to stunning views and surroundings we weren't expecting. We enjoyed being able to walk along hiking tracks right on our doorstep. Evening walks and the light quality at that time was truly memorable. Inside the villa we had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The beds were heavenly as were the showers!! Outside the pool area was fabulous for soaking up the sun all day, but with poolside umbrellas for shade when needed. The sofa area outside was also a great place to relax, have breakfast etc. As for sunsets; the upstairs balcony was the perfect spot for watching the event over a game of Scrabble. We had a lovely holiday and our hosts Danijela & Vlado could not have been more helpful and welcoming.

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Vedran. It is beautifully presented, with modern, stylish and tasteful interiors, fully equipped with everything required to make our stay comfortable both inside and out. The beds and pillows were really comfy, the bathrooms were gorgeous and the whole villa was spotlessly clean. Communication with Vlado was easy and he responded very promptly to all our queries and gave us some really useful tip/recommendations about things to do and where to eat etc. The villa is situated on a steep hillside which means the views down to the resort of Podgora and across to the islands of Hvar and Brac are stunning. Given the location I would say that car hire is essential. Vlado and Danijela were excellent hosts, checking in with us from time to time during our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Perfect 10 out of 10 Points

We stayed in the house for 10 days. Everything was perfect. Super clean and everything was in top condition. The landlords really thought of everything for us and were super friendly. The pool was great and the view over the sea is unique. Really 10 out of 10 points!!!!

Fantastic villa with amazing views

A well equipped and presented villa with amazing views and fabulous sunsets. Peaceful setting 5 minutes drive up the mountain from the seaside town of Podgora with its crystal clear waters. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and have invested and produced a great place to stay adding a ground floor and enlarging the villa to include a third bedroom, small gym and second bathroom since we last visited. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Vedran!

The villa was just as it appears on the website - beautifully presented and clean. We were met by Vlado & Danijela who have done an excellent job refurbishing this lovely house and they ensured we had everything we needed. The views from the villa are spectacular and there was plenty to keep us occupied in the surrounding area. The fig trees that surround the villa kept us supplied with fresh figs for breakfast! We had day trips to Makarska and Split (not to be missed). The only slight downside was the mixed weather we had which seemed to bring out the mosquitos in their droves! - we had the bites to prove it! However this did not detract from a lovely holiday on the Dalmation coast.

Podgora Villa

We initially had some difficulties finding the villa, probably just not trusting the sat nav but a quick phone call to Vlado reassured us that we were on the right road. On arrival Vlado then showed us round his family holiday home and he and his villa typify the Spanish saying "mi casa es tu casa". The villa is spotlessly clean and also stays cool needing only a quick blast of the aircon in the bedroom at night on a week when the temperatures were in the low 30's. The villa is a little further from the coast than we perceived but in reality it is 7 minutes drive to Podgora beach. The plus side of this is equally it is very quiet. You'll get the odd hiker passing by on one of the network of hiker trails but apart from that the only noise is from the swallows flying around the property.A few quick recommendations; take the ferry from Drvenik to Hvar, about 4 each way as a foot passenger. Lovely and quiet, take the car to explore further.The restaurant at Hotel Medora on the beach does lovely food and has a nice friendly atmosphere. Also there is a quaint little restaurant on the road to Dubrovnik called Borovik, he only takes cash though.Vlado left us to our own devices during the week but answered any questions quickly over text or whatsapp.We will be back to Croatia and would recommend Vlado's villa

Lovely villa and stunning setting

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Vedran and would thoroughly recommend it. The villa is very well equipped and very comfortable with all mod cons - we really appreciated the air conditioning! The location is just superb - gorgeous views over Podgora and across to the islands. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday - a beautiful, tranquil location, but with easy access to Podgora. The pool was lovely and a big hit with our children. We were actually a bit surprised at the size of the pool as it felt bigger than it appears in the photos. Vlado and Danijela were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived late so they provided lots of food so that we wouldn't have to rush to the shops the next day, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We enjoyed trips to Makarska and Split, and would also recommend the Veza restaurant. We didn't eat out a lot as it was hard to beat the views from the villa's balcony. Just lovely!

Sensational

We just spent a lovely and relaxing 2 weeks in Villa Vedran in Podgora. The villa is really well planned and is spotlessly clean. We have been going on Villa holidays for roughly 20 years and this is one of the best we’ve been to for several different reasons. Vlado and Danijela were both amazing hosts. Communication was very easy and always prompt. Their recommendations for food, places to go locally and in Split etc were always spot on. They even helped me sort out a parking ticket which was very kind of them. Also the little details have also been thought through like having enough toilet roll, soaps and shower gels, salt, oil, charcoal briquettes etc. which are small but inevitably need to be bought if they aren’t supplied and they rarely are. The welcome hamper was also very classy and was much appreciated. The gym is really well equipped and there is plenty of outdoor seating. We spent a lot of time by the pool which is as inviting as the photos suggest. A car is essential but we did in fact walk to Podgora down some paths a few times. Walking back is a bit more challenging but only took 15-20 mins so is definitely a possibility if you are fit enough. Equally you can take a slightly longer route which isn’t as steep which only takes 5-10 mins longer. Podgora and Tucepi have good restaurants and we didn’t have a bad meal anywhere. This part of Croatia is beautiful and Villa Vedran was the perfect base for us. We’d be happy to go back there anytime.

Modern, Comfortable Villa with Breathtaking Views

Vladimir and Danjiela could not have been more friendly or more welcoming - from the introduction to the villa to recommendations for places to visit and eat they were the absolute perfect hosts in every way and very good company. The villa is modern, spotless and very well located, especially for those beautiful Adriatic sunsets. We especially liked sitting on the balcony at lunchtime or snoozing by the pool in the afternoon. The open BBQ was well used and there is plenty of beach & pool equipment in the garage/store. The mosquitoes can be a problem however so take plenty of repellent and invest in some citronella candles. The villa is in a fairly quiet spot yet quite easy to drive into Podgora (5 mins) or Makarska (10 mins) for local beaches, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a 15 minute walk down to Podgora but it's not for the fainthearted! The Veza restaurant on the road to Makarska is around five minutes away and was really superb with excellent food very friendly staff and a great location. The Konsum supermarket has everything you could need including great value meat and a wide choice of local beers. The nearby Lidl is also good. We would recommend that you buy produce from the roadside stalls however as it is much better quality. Fresh figs growing all around the villa too. We would definitely recommend a trip to Bol on Brac Island either via the car ferry from Makarska or on a day trip boat from Podgora. Split is definitely worth a visit especially the old city palace behind the Riva promenade. Dubrovnik is a gem and well worth a day to explore. Not sure that we would recommend the drive up to the top of Mount Biokovo; it may be a breathtaking view but a 26 km drive along a singletrack mountain road with a precipitous drop is not exactly my idea of holiday relaxation!

Wundervoll!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Villa für 10 Tage. Sehr sauber, geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Nichts fehlte!Alles war bestens! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter: TOPAm schönsten waren neben dem Pool, der auch zwischendurch vom Vermieter gereinigt wurde, die Außensitzplätze- zu jeder Tageszeit und Sonnenstand ein entsprechender Platz an der Pool/Lounge, am Außengrill oder auf dem Balkon. Sehr schön! Den traumhaften Blick auf die Adria-Küste haben wir geliebt- schöner geht nicht!Auch unsere Jungs kamen durch den kleinen Fitnessraum auf ihre Kosten.Wir können alles nur sehr empfehlen!Wir kommen gerne wieder und danken nochmals herzlich Vlado und seiner Familie für den tollen Aufenthalt in Podgora, der unvergessen bleibt.

Kroatien ist mehr als eine Reise wert

Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastger; auch andere Kroaten begegneten uns stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist super 👍 einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die Erreichbarkeit. Die Gegend um Podgora bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Besichtigungen. Strände sind auch sehr schön.

Das Haus ist perfekt- oberhalb von PODGORA gelegen, in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Der Pool mit Meerblick ist traumhaft, das Haus ist sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und haben gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele.

Et fantastisk sted!

Et flott hus i et fint og stille område. Kommunikasjon før og under oppholdet var bra. Eierne møtte oss i huset ved innsjekking, og tok oss godt i mot. Leieforholdet gikk enkelt for seg. Huset var rent og ryddig, det samme var bassenget. God størrelse på alle soverom.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb von Podgora. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war blitzblank geputzt und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch draußen am Pool fehlt es an nichts. Sehr vorteilhaft sind die Mückennetze vor den Fenstern. Vlado und Danijela sind aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für viele gute Tips!

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Sauberkeit hätte weit mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Alles ist in bestem Zustand! Auch der Pool und der Außenbereich sind bestens gepflegt und ausgestattet. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick vom Pool und vom Balkon ist grandios. Und an den Sonnenuntergänge kann man sich gar nicht sattsehen. Man merkt, dass Vlado und Danijela ihr Haus auch selbst bewohnen. Vlado hat sich immer um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert! Excellent stay in Croatia!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in villa vedran in Podgora. The villa was beautiful and very peaceful. Our hosts were super and available when needed. We had hoped to walk to town in the evenings to try the local restaurants but this is not advisable but is only a 5 min car ride down to the car park and you’re on the promenade. We dined in some lovely restaurants on the sea front and the sea was the clearest I have ever swam in. Croatia is beautiful and we would love to return one day.

Terrific Villa

Villa Vedran is immaculate and well decorated throughout. The pool area is great and was even better than the photos. Lovely quiet location and breathtaking views of mountains and sea. A car is essential. Vlado and Danijela were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Amazing place

The view from this house is amazing. It is located 200 meters above see level, so you see far. We enjoyed the pool, witch is cooled to 26 degrees I think, and the very nice interiour of the house Every room felt brand new, clean and pretty. The landlord was very nice and helpfull. At one time internet broke down, and after texting him he fixed it remotly in 10 minutes. Great service!

Spitzen Gastgeber und ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Super nette Vermieter die einem gute/viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. geben. Das Haus und der Pool ist extrem gepflegt und sehr sauber. Alles entspricht zu 100% der Objektbeschreibung und der Blick vom Pool und vom Balkon auf das Meer ist überragend. Der Ort klein und überschaubar aber mit tollen Traumstränden. Sehr wenig los am Strand und super tolle Wasserqualität. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus und die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.
