Our "Strandkajüte" vacation rental is located on the top floor of the Memmert House in the Hookser Perle vacation complex, which was newly built in 2021/2022, and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation by the lake.

Our apartment has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association).

The spacious 82-square-meter apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional restroom, a combined living-dining area with a kitchen, and an utility room.

A spacious balcony invites you to relax and unwind.

The upscale furnishings reflect a great deal of attention to detail. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a TV and offers enough space to set up a crib if needed. The cozy and practical couch provides an additional sleeping option. The stylishly furnished living-dining area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, built-in oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and microwave.

To start your day with a delicious breakfast, all small appliances—such as a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and egg cooker—are available in the kitchen. The living area also features entertainment equipment, such as a TV, DVD player, and a stereo system. Feel free to use the large dining table not only for meals but also for games with the whole family or even as a desk.

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and a clothes drying rack. You’ll also find a vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, shower stool, high chair, and travel crib there. This area offers additional space to store suitcases and other items.

The bathroom features high-quality fixtures, a makeup mirror, a children’s stool, and a hair dryer. Round out your well-deserved vacation by using the infrared sauna located in the apartment.

During the season, we have our own beach chair reserved for our guests at beach section 3.1.2.

As a welcome to our beach cottage, we’ll have a small welcome gift waiting for you.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, besonders gut fanden wir den Fahrradabstellraum mit Steckdosen für E-Bikes und das Highlight war der eigene Strandkorb direkt am Strandhaus 1 der mit zur Wohnung gehört. Die Wohnung reicht für 2 Paare oder für eine Familie mit bis zu 2 Kindern völlig aus. Der Balkon ist auch sehr großzügig. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet und einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine gibt es auch. Nun leider ein paar Kritikpunkte: -Das Bad war leider nicht ganz sauber und die Duschrinne verstopft da das Wasser bereits nach 1min Duschen nicht mehr ablief -Es gibt keine Auflagen für die Balkonmöbel was etwas schade ist -Online steht das die Wohnung ein „Whirpool“ hätte, wir sind also zumindest von einer Badewanne ausgegangen. Es gibt aber nur eine Dusche!-Das Internet war teilweise sehr instabil, trotz LAN Kabel am Fernseher Wir haben versucht mit dem Gastgeber Kontakt aufzunehmen, da es ja alles Dinge sind die sich relativ schnell beheben lassen könnten, aber leider haben wir bis heute keine Antwort darauf bekommen. Das ist sehr schade!

Enspannter Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, in der man es auch bei schlechterem Wetter, das wir im Februar natürlich auch mal hatten, gut aushalten konnte. Vermieter und Hausservice waren gut erreichbar. So konnten einige Unklarheiten schnell beseitigt werden. Und das nervige Klima-Gebläse kann man über Nacht (für 8 Stunden) ausschalten.

Alles so wie es sein muss!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung inkl. Ausstattung ist sehr schön. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!
