The Space:
Our "Kuckucksnest" exudes an aura of traditional Black-Forest Style complemented by modern conveniences. The property sits elegantly on the first floor, only five steps from the entrance, beautifully accommodating 12 people.

Once inside, the stylishly appointed bedrooms will invite you, each furnished with comfortable double beds and box-spring sofa beds. The rooms are bathed in glorious natural light, eliciting a sense of tranquility, and provide enough space for everyone to cherish their privacy. Additionally, every bedroom boasts a boxspring sleeping couch and storage for clothing.

The heart of our home is the exquisite and spacious living area. Let the cozy fireplace charm you or unwind on the massive, inviting sofa while watching your favourite shows or movies on the Smart TV.

Cooking enthusiasts will adore our fully-equipped kitchen. Modern appliances at your disposal include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, stove and more.
You'll also find all the basic cooking necessities, from dishes and silverware to pots and pans. Enjoy your homemade meals at the broad dining table, or outside in the open air thanks to a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and dining area.

The wellness and fitness area is perfect for those who want to maintain their workout regime while on vacation. If relaxation is more your speed, the onsite sauna offers the perfect spot to unwind.

Guest Access:
You occupy the flat alone. The wellness area with sauna is shared with the other small holiday flat. It is also possible to reserve the wellness area (for free) for you to enjoy on your own.

Guests have free access to the luxurious wellness area with sauna, relaxation rooms and fitness room as well as the beautiful outdoor area with pond, meadow, fire pit, seating area with large gas barbecue and deckchairs.

Parking is available directly at the house on a car park terrace (free of charge).

Getting Around:
All public transportation throughout the Black Forest is free for you! The nearest bus stop is approximately 100 meters away. There is a direct bus connection to the train station in Triberg, located about 5 km away. The house also offers free private parking.

By Car:
You can reach us via the B33 (Offenburg – Villingen/Schwenningen). Turn off at Triberg; Schonach is located about 5 km from Triberg. If coming from the southern Black Forest, the best route is via Furtwangen-Schönwald to Schonach.

By Train:
Take the Black Forest Railway (Schwarzwaldbahn) to Triberg. From there, you can take a bus or taxi to Schonach, which is 5 km away. The bus stop (Tribergerstr.) is about 200 meters from the house (toward the village center, to the left of the post office “Sporthör”).
