Neukirch, part of Furtwangen, is beautifully situated in pristine Black Forest nature and is a certified health resort. Popular destinations include the German Clock Museum, the Hexenlochmühle (a local tip for Black Forest cake and smoked ham), the Danube source, and Furtwangen’s local mountain, the Brend, with its observation tower. Several hiking trails and cross-country ski tracks start right in Neukirch.
