Great location, and plenty of room for our party of 5 adults. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's a good base from which to explore the Dolomites. We enjoyed a short (3-4 mile) hike on the ski slopes that are directly across the street. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a wood/metal workshop below the apartment - it can produce some noise, but it didn't bother us (the young adults slept right through it with no problem). The second bathroom is very small, but has a toilet, sink and shower. The other bathroom is very large and contains the cloths washer as well.There is a grocery store across the street, and a walk down the road takes you into town where there are some good retail shops (as well as a bank which can exchange money if needed).
