Our elegant apartment with great design has been newly renovated and awaits you with a very high quality equipment. You can start your day with delicious filter coffee or tea and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. To make sure your sleep is first class, a cozy king-size bed (1.80mx2.00m) and an equally cozy queen-size bed (1.60mx2.00m) await you. In addition, of course, there is a dining area for 4 people, as well as a cozy seating area sofa, armchair and large smart TV with streaming options. On the balcony with a beautiful outdoor view of the well-maintained garden, you can relax very well, especially in the summer. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower-bathtub and also has a hairdryer. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. Access for guests The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! Other important notes We provide high quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome kit with coffee and tea. You have access to all areas within the apartment. The garden is common property and you are also welcome to use it. I will not be there myself during the stay, but of course I want to make your stay as pleasant as possible and am therefore available as you need it and almost all day. I want you to experience a 5-star stay in Ingolstadt. Quiet area with community garden to relax. By bus you can reach the city center of Ingolstadt in a few minutes. Also the Audi AG can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator.
