The Space:

Our elegant designer penthouse in maisonette style has been completely newly furnished and awaits you with top-quality amenities.



You can take the elevator straight from the building entrance directly into the apartment. You’ll be welcomed by a 105 sqm maisonette-style penthouse featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite), a living room, and a kitchen.



Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful features of this penthouse: the stunning rooftop terrace with the best view of both the old town and the Danube, as well as the luxurious furnishings.



For first-class sleep, all bedrooms are equipped with cozy king-size beds (1.80m x 2.00m) and hotel-quality bedding.



There’s also a dining area for up to 6 people and a comfortable lounge area with a sofa, armchair, and large smart TV with streaming options.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and everything else you might need to cook a delicious meal.



The bathroom includes a shower, a bathtub, a bidet, and also a washer-dryer.



Of course, we provide fresh towels and all essentials such as shower gel and shampoo.

The Neighborhood:

Our penthouse is located right in the heart of Ingolstadt’s city center, directly next to the pedestrian zone, with all shops, restaurants, and sights within walking distance. It doesn’t get more central than this.



Getting Around:

The Central Bus Station (ZOB) as well as several bus stops are just about a 5–7 minute walk from our building.

You're also located right in the city center – directly by the pedestrian zone – so you can easily reach all major spots, shops, cafés, and attractions on foot.



Please note that we do not offer private parking.

However, the Theater West parking garage is only about a 3-minute walk away and provides a convenient parking option nearby.

We provide high-quality bed linens and towels. You'll also be welcomed with a starter set including coffee, tea, and a small care kit.
