The vacation home "Maylands" in Playa Blanca is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The accommodation offers a private outdoor space with a heated pool, a whirlpool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The property is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach Playa Flamingo and close to shops, restaurants and the Aqualava Water Park.

3 parking spaces are available on the property.

Families with children are welcome.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

The doors are wide and easy to access.

The villa is lovely. Better than the photos and spotlessly clean. The pool was great. The outside bar with an ice machine was brilliant.The outside seating area gave shade and the furniture was comfortable. The interior was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with top of the range appliances.The bedrooms were large and had individual air conditioning units. The WiFi was good. He pool was also cleaned mid week. It would be difficult to find fault with the villa .I had been communicating with the host prior to travelling regarding our flight times . We had agreed that I would update the host if there was any delay. I sent the host a message as we cleared the airport. Nobody was present when we arrived. After several unanswered callers and half an hour. The cleaner arrived and let us in. A simple message could have prevented the situation. We had no further communication with the host. Villa is fantastic. Communication needs a little work.

Pros: Great space, lovely decor, good pool and facilities. Would strongly recommend. Cons: Unfortunately the water pump broke down during our stay, but it was rectified as soon as possible, so just a blip!

Great villa

The best villa we have stayed in superb heated pool and jacuzzi new sun loungers and great sheltered area . Very well maintained and new appliances. Kitchen and bathrooms new and very well equipped. Would definitely like a return visit
