Host was great with communication and check in was easy. Property is just a Block from the beach. Within walking distance. A couple of golf cart rentals located nearby. First floor is carport with beach chairs and canopy to use however beach police would not allow canopy to be set up. Umbrellas only. Second floor has one bedroom and bathroom and the 3rd floor hasthe other 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with washer and dryer. Bring own body wash and shampoo or will need to go to nearby dollar store. Kitchen was well equipped. We picked up some brochures and coupon books located at travel center and left for the next customers to utilize. We enjoyed our stay and had a good experience with our air b&b. Great location with nearby gift shops, restaurants, boardwalk, family kingdom, Walmart/dollar store and about 10 minutes away from Broadway on the beach and Jollywood Wax museum!
