Our cozy and modernly furnished vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a quiet two-family home in Geyer—at an elevation of about 620 m—and offers a stunning view across the Geyer Valley all the way to Annaberg-Buchholz and the Pöhlberg. Here, relaxation begins the moment you arrive.

Living & Relaxing
In the bright living room, a large corner couch invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings—and can be converted into additional sleeping spaces in no time if needed. A 55-inch smart TV (swivel-mounted) ensures you won’t have to miss out on your favorite shows even while on vacation. The cozy dining area seats four people.
Comfortable Sleeping
In the bedroom, you’ll find a spacious 2×2-meter double bed and a large closet. Dimmable reading lamps and an additional flat-screen TV make the room perfect for quiet evenings and restful sleep.

Cook Like You’re at Home
The fully equipped kitchen features high-quality tableware for six people, a 5-zone glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, provided—ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking.

Fresh & functional: the bathroom
The bathroom, which gets natural light, features a shower, toilet, and sink. Towels, soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer are provided.

Pets welcome
Up to two pets are welcome to stay with you. We only charge a one-time cleaning fee of 15 € per pet to ensure that the next guest feels completely at home.
