The Panorama Mattia holiday flat is located on the middle living level in a three-family natural stone house, each with separate entrances and external staircases in a wonderful panoramic hillside and holiday location.

There are three outdoor areas: To the side is the large, partially covered natural stone terrace with dining table and entrance to the flat. The south-facing balcony on the lake side offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque Mera River.
Further up is the garden with olive grove, which you share with the neighbours - usually rarely used. A barbecue, stone table and comfortable sun loungers are available for you to enjoy the natural scenery or a cosy barbecue.

The large access terrace with lake view leads directly into the living area with kitchenette, dining table and sofa. On the lake and river side is the panoramic balcony with a view of the Mera, towards the nature reserve and Lake Como. On the garden side, a small corridor leads to the double room and triple room and the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC/bidet. The bedrooms have mountain views.

A private driveway leads approx. 50 metres up to the house. Under the house is your large single garage in the basement or alternatively a large communal car park opposite the driveway.

The location is ideal for a holiday without a car: you can reach the neighbouring villages of Dascio and Sorico/Gera Lario and Boschetto with their restaurants and leisure facilities quickly and easily on foot, by bike or by boat/kayak/SUP.
In Dascio you will find two good fish restaurants offering local cuisine.

Directly below the house and the lakeside road is a bathing ladder that provides access to the Mera River.
A riverside path leads towards Dascio and Lake Como. The beaches of Sorico and Gera Lario are about 800 metres away.
In both Dascio and Sorico, you can hire canoes and other boats and get active on the water. There is a surf school in Gera Lario. The location is ideal for all kinds of water and land sports against a beautiful natural backdrop.
Above is the attractive Via Regina nature trail, a high-altitude hiking trail from Dascio in the north to Como in the south.
